It's petrol but not automatic.

Also has rear parking sensors as well as cruise control.

I think you are asking to much..you paid 11,700eu when bought new and you want 10,000eu for it ... it's over a year old with 10,000 kml on the clock ...by the time the new owner pays the transfer fees  ...they would only be saving around 200eu ...it would make more sense to go and buy a brand new one.

Thanks for your advice!  I had no idea there were fees involved in changing ownership and I thought 10000 was reasonable but what do I know - I hate cars! I have a couple of offers of 8000 so will probably accept that...
