Looking to buy in campasol, just a little concerned as to how isolated the area maybe, as would be living full time.

What is the average price of a 3 bed detached house with pool please?

Is it good for teenagers or young children?

As well as our ages 50's?

All help would be appreciated

Thankyou

If your moving there, i would advise living in secter A or B. That way you have everything right next to you. Shops. Pubs. And  you wouldnt need a car then.

Well if your wanting to visit other places you will need a car. when i said you dont need a car , i ment you have everything next to you shops bars etc.  I think there might be a service but that stops in Camposol taking you to Murcia ???.

If you are under 65 don't move there.

They hate kids and anyone awake after 11pm

Hi Tracey, with regards to buying on Camposol. It depends what you're looking for. The house prices are extremely good value with some people prepared to accept an offer. There also different styles of three bed properties available, again depends on the house style you're after. As for kids and teenagers. I would say there is not a lot for kids to do on the development, I haven't heard of any children's clubs (there's an idea for someone). Ours grew up using the pool a lot and trips to the port beach etc. Not sure if there are activities for teenagers to get involved in. As for the negative response from Spanglish, we are in our fifties, love to hear the sound of kids enjoying themselves AND have been known to party on into the small hours without anyone being upset. I would also add that if you involve your neighbours, you not only have a great time but you also make some great friends. Go for it Tracey,....

There are loads of options to buy on Camposol with houses/villas to meet all needs at all prices

Totally disagree with the poster who said that kids are hated there. Of course the majority of permanent people are retired and potentially that bit older but in our experience that is not the golden rule and cannot say that kids are not liked or wantred. so long as common deceny is followed then I would say all are welcome

As for anyone who has a trade there is more than enough work that people want done and so it is a matter of advertising and then doing a good job as word of mouth is good here and personal recommendation goes a long way

I do think that a car is required in Spain in general. We live on D and would be lost without it but being that little bit further away from the bars, shops etc. makes for a much quieter place to live which suits us. In the end , it will come down to what you actually want out of this move to Camposol and how hard you want to work for it. IMO, a great place to live or visit

Agree with the large number of posts that are clear about what a great place Camposol is, the community and how getting to know your neighbours makes for a smooth Transition into Camposol lifestyle. We have owned for 18 months and shortly will be moving over to live, we have great neighbours all older (we are in our 50's) and their information based upon years of experience has helped us avoid some of the mistakes made by newbies in any new adventure.

There is a well based saying "You can please Some of the People Some of the Time but not All of the People All of the Time" and some people are only happy when they are complaining usually the same people who cant be bothered to make the effort to improve their own lives, which in Camposol is so easy. So Tracey ignore the Nay Sayers as they are in all walks of life and do what is right for you and your family, you get out of life what you put into it, good luck.
