Just out of curiosity... how many people paid for a structural survey when buying their place on camposol ?
From what we have read it's not as common as when buying on the UK.
Also.. how much are full structural surveys ?

Never heard of them in Spain so no idea about the cost.

Before buying our house we have done a full structure survey last November and it cost 550€.😉

We had a Structual Survey carried out on our Classico Villa last March, the guy was recommended by the estate agents Luz Del Sol.
Antonia Martinez De La Casa
The basic survey cost €300 + tax, he then gave us a very detailed report using SKYPE and told us the issues which were minor and showed us photos of these, if you want a full written report he will charge extra for this, he spoke very good English and we have since moved into the Villa and have no structual issues having the survey gave us confidence to buy and is well worth the money, we didn't pay the deposit on the Villa until we had the survey carried.
