It depends on where you live. There are more houses for sale on D Sector along the site of the old Rambla as some of them were selected for demolition but it looks like that might not happen now. If you look on A,B or C there are just normal numbers of houses for sale and they are selling very quickly. Camposol is a great place to live.

There is a large number of pensioners in Camposol around 70 to 80 years of age,so it can only be expected. Two of my nearest three neighbours in their 80's died within 24 hrs of each other meaning another two houses up for sale.  Ray

Plus I imagine the whole Brexit issue has led to some unsettling and sales :-(

From what I have seen over the last couple of years there is no significant change. Our next door neighbours are selling up but only so they can down size and continue to rent on Camposol - they have lived there for 12 years

Must admit do not agree about any problems on D as the most negatrive press comes from the subsidence that happened on C

Have to agree that many of the full time residents are pensioners and so possibly this is a factor. Also have to agree that people talk about Brexit and the impact but everyone that I have spoken to seems confident it will all work out in the end as the Spanish cannot afford to loose the Brits and as things today - it is always blamed on Brexit
