Hi Could anyone who has obtained a certificate of having both Covid injections explain the procedure required to obtain it. Please only reply if you have actually done it as there are numerous conflicting procedures on Facebook thanks in advance

I am on private healthcare made an online appointment and collected it from Cartegena
If you are on the state system collect a form from cultural centre on b on a Monday or Wednesday between 10 and 12 and fill out the form and Silvana will take them to the town hall to be processed and it will be posted to you. Or make an appointment at your Dr's on A and the receptionist will print it out.
