Just Google Luz del sol estate agents on Camposol A sector they have 2  Neptuno deluxe villa's for sale on D sector  around €129,000 hope this helps.

Yes I am unclear as to why D and C get so many slurs, there are some awaiting rectification due to subsidence but as I have a level head and will employ a surveyor pre-sale and we neither want a Costa's type 'All Day Breakfast' home.. We want solitude and peace I have a Harley but we have configured a car into our budget mix it shouldn't be an issue.

Our U.K. home is in Cambridgeshire it has four bedrooms a two bed-roomed annex with living space - kitchen - shower and office.

We also have a pool hot tub substantial gardens and a decent enough driveway for just the two of us.. it is ridiculous really but as an equity builder it has been a smart move. This will be sold and we will be buying a two bed-roomed terrace house as a fall back visiting nest for return visits if ever I can be arsed (E may return to see her daughter or if she has kids come back and coo) 

On the other hand I have an on-line business for people that want to become digital marketeers with their own on-line store I/we set up the store, source products of their choice or niche (they do not have to buy any stock its all about who, what and why affordably and goodness me holding stock is dead money), we set up the initial phases of Facebook, Twitter and Instagram marketing where they may lack the skill, knowledge or where with all. Most people just want a passive income maybe an hour or so a day posting notes and messages one Facebook pages without a whole shade of issues tech or otherwise. We do all this for a one-off low cost fee of about £600 or thereabouts 2000 products 3000 products we start to charge £30 per 1000 added as it can become time expensive. Most clients don't earn a huge fortune £350 - £500 a week but it does pay for itself very quickly and they love getting up in the morning to discover they've earned £50 nett while they slept..

I can do all this from home and have done successfully for many years, we may require a couple of others to do some bits and bobs as and when needed but I do want to carry on doing this otherwise I will get just get bored and probably get speeding tickets. 

Also I have lost 35 Kilos since March (yup I was and still am a fatty and don't get all weight-ist with me I know who and what I am) and feel life has a beautiful outlook and future for both of us. 

Anyway I didn't intend to drop my pants and life story into this so I apologise.

I've had a look at the two Neptuno's and both look incredible value for money and I will follow those up, so thanks for that and please don't worry about the bike I am a crap bike rider and need stabilisers most of the time and hate loud noises.

I live on B and it's as quiet and peaceful as on D here. But we can walk to the shops, bars, restaurants, etc.  That's why properties are more expensive here. I see too many accidents with drunk drivers...
