We got one just in case but didn't need it as Brexit didn't happen but at least we have them if it happens in October. As per previous post just bring UK licence and carry it with you whilst driving.

I've just read the UK Gov blurb on this as I'll be driving there later, and according to them I won't need an IDP in Spain after Brexit. However, driving through France I will! Talk about EU confusion, can't wait to leave.......maybe someone can remind Mrs May and Co that we should have left by now!

Was advised that while we are still in the EU your UK driving licence is all that is required. however, chose to get one now in case of any panic buying should we manage to leave and the process was quick, relatively cheap and I now am in possession of both so fully covered whatever happens
