Hi knowledgeable people. I vaguely remember a website where I can check to see if a Spanish car that I wish to buy is free from financial penalties, speeding tickets and the car tax has been paid. Can anyone remind me of the details. Thanks

Carfax for a small fee give you all the information you need even if its an import just VIN number have used them when buying and also supplying a report to potential purchaser when selling
