Paying your own insurance at home is a very good idea. It’s even a no brainer. I’ve used Doyouspain no problems. But are they not some sort of a broker middleman. Centauro have a good reputation.

Do you Spain are just brokers not actually a car rental company....you can choose whichever one they come up with! Centauro, Flamenca, Firefly Sixt have all been used by friends with no problems but the y have had issues with Goldcar!

Hi there, doyouspain might be the middle man in car hire, but I don't think you will get a car for the week for the price of a pint of beer, also forgot to say in my previous post is that you will need a leave a deposit on your credit card of €1400 this is cover in the event of accident, it will be returned when the car is returned, cheers Glenn

Goldcar kept our sons 1400£ deposit for a non existent accident!!! They are one of the worst....nothing to do with the people who rent.. plenty rent without a problem  but you take a chance!
