NLV and TIE
Hi we’ve just got our NlV visas but our advisors are saying there appears to be two scenarios playing out see below.
If It’s A we have no issue regarding the 183 day min stay to get the 2nd year TIE. However, if it’s B because we are waiting for our house to be finished it could be very close to the 183 min. I wondered has anyone just recently got their TIE in the Mazarrón area and what date did the station put on the TIE expiration
Scenario A: Some police stations calculate the card's expiration exactly one year from the day the client physically crossed the border into Spain (which aligns with my understanding).
Scenario B: Other police stations are strictly tying the TIE expiration date to the expiration date printed on the visa vignette in the passport, regardless of when the client actually landed
