We moved to France 30 years ago ran b&b for10 years sold up moved on in France, bought a fiesta on B of plan for winter breaks. The only houses on B side of the road were the show houses by golf club. We spent 12 to15 weeks a year there. Miss Camposol but had to sell 4 years as wife had stroke and cannot travel. Lots of friends there lots of activities. If on my own would move there permanently.I

Masa were a load of crooks back handing local politicos, but that's Spain!

No facilities if you aren't on sector A ??? Sector B has much more facilities. Life is great here. I'm Belgian and I love my British neighbours. I have never experienced a community feeling like on Camposol. The day we moved in the lady next door came with a welcome cake. In Belgium that would be unthinkable. Houses in ruin ??? Just a few among the 4000, and  good agency will tell you which ones.

Had a property hear three years never lived in a council house in my life, and do not feel like Camposol is like a council estate.on sector d property is fine lacking a couple of bars but who knows what the future will bring the place needs positive reviews property's are cheap all over Spain and this is due to the world wide recession

Hi,

We have just bought a property on sector D as a holiday home and we are very happy with it, Camposol is a very friendly place.  Everyone has their own opinion of Camposol which they are entitled too but we really like it, each too their own.

IT depends what you're looking for. Everywhere has good and bad. Camposol is an easy place to start your life in Spain because there's already a community and lots of facilities.

Some people have been there for years and others have moved on.

Maybe renting for a while would be a good idea.

Always astounds me that static caravans sell well with all the ground rents when you can buy a 2 bed house for a reasonable price

This is funny as we have just moved here and have just noticed the villas in D!!!  You are right they have extensions popping up all over the place 😂🤣
