Hello Everybody,

' David here from Southampton. Having reached retiring age I'm looking for a place I can afford to live where I'll find plenty of sunshine and very little stress. Camposol looks to be the place for me! The sign outside my house here reads "Sale Agreed" so nothing is definite yet! If the sale happens I'll (hopefully) be coming to buy in a few weeks time and then permanently moving a few weeks later. When that time eventually arrives I plan to drive from Southampton to Camposol in my Renault Trafic van with my little Westie dog. I'll be bringing a van-load of essentials that I can't live without; tools, pizza/outdoor oven, Pit Barrel Cooker, barbecue/cooking tools & accessories, Yorkshire Tea tea bags etc. etc. etc. Any stuff too large to bring can be transported by a removal company. If there's room in the van I'll be more than willing to bring small things that some of you may be badly missing and/or can't easily get down there?

Unfortunately due tl not using our property to its full potential we are selling.  Hopefully privately, so if anyones interested its on D.  We have had this for 17yrs al.ost.  

Its a great area and intend to return, very saddened as we have made fantastic friends, wishing all who live there continued happiness and good luck

Hi Dave, myself and my partner have just moved over too he's 48 and he's looking for a road biking partner, he does 30k to 60k depending on how much wines he's had the night before!  Just let us know when you get here and we'll come meet up for a drink if you like! 

Sounds good we are coming out on the 25th June for ten days unless we have a buyer for our house in the UK then we wont be going back .

At 48 I might have to spike his drink the night before to keep up with him 😉

Hi mandy been over three weeks now and only a week left sorting our place out and then wanting to get out on me bike. 

Been out for about 45 minutes and found it bloody hard work , need to get back into  it so if your other half would be interested maybe meet up for a ride sometime.
