Hi Wendy, at the start of each month a free magazine is published and available from sectors A and B outside shops. Inside you will listings of whats on for the month.   Claire Wells does sports massages but don't know if she does anything else. She is a Pilates teacher and we have the class at the trevi bar on A every Thursday at 5pm. Or you could find her on Facebook.  Good luck and welcome

Helen

Hi Wendy,

There is so much to do on Camposol. There are groups for everything. I play snooker 3 times a week and go on motorcycle rideouts. Apart from that we eat out a lot and go to most of the dances and to music nights. There is also bowls, tennis, badminton, football, bridge for the more culturally minded and much more.

As for herniated discs, I had them in my lower back and they were removed, I still have pain but it is so much better. I have them in my neck as well but they won't operate. I bought a Tens machine many years ago and this does help, I also take Diclofenaco tablets which give almost instant relief and are available from the farmacy.

Enjoy yourselves on Camposol.

Thankyou for taking the time to reply. That will please my hubby, he loves his bike.  Im going to sign up for the health insurance and then go see another specialist here. We love dancing but since my back problem we havent danced 😣, in the uk all they wanted was to give me morphine, tramadol, gabapentine, pregabaline and attend pain management classes. I just don't want the pain anymore.

Perhaps you should try collagen. As we age it dissapears from our body. And it's the "glue" that holds everything together : joints, muscles, skin....

Our bike will arrive end of september :-)

There is a free magazine which provides a lot of helpful information and contacts. There is also a beauty parlour on B but must admit I have no idea if they do massages or not but worth a shout to find out or even make a suggestion that they do
