The ppl involved in  your fees are the ppl selling you a property ,wolves in sheeps clothing . 

Oh, Robert, have you relocated to Mazzaron ? I hope you have found somewhere you feel settled and at home in, and you look forward to visiting. Regardless of any one else's negative, narky comments, we love where we are, and consider ourselves very fortunate to have it.

Come on guys, its a Forum for helping each other, no need fr bad words, or outsiders of Camposol running us down.

Each will support there community, I hope, so lets keep it all good.

Most people are happy where they are and feel blessed to have a home/holiday home  in the sun. Totally agree it's not nice to have someone slating the place you have chosen to live in.

Don't worry about them.

They keep popping up on the forum & the Admin either removes them or asks them to tone it down.

Youre never there, now there stealing people belongings , sun beds going missing, etc etc you have unscrupulous agents, ripping you off, just have look again at the fees you paid when buying. If quality homes , no need, .your community fees will start rising, as there building villas , with no buyers, whos going to pay to maintain them. I know one person who did get ripped off, tried to warn others, and they got removed from the forum.

Who by? The agent in question , a forum meant for the community of OWNERS ,then threatened with legal action. Thats not been nasty  that facts about condado.

Very sad to here this, shame it happens.

I think we all look out for each other on Camposol, and not let this happen here, and if it does we get it sorted.

Of course there are people about who do this kind of thing, they are scum, and not wanted here, or any where for that, so if we find them, name and shame.

We certainly look out for our neighbours, and watch out for there properties, and if we see some thing we call the police at once.

It costs nothing to protect each other, and makes our community great.

I am looking to move to Spain and feel Camposol  will be ideal for what I am looking for. what in your opinion are the best and negatives. Cheers.
