Morning

Just a quick question and I've no doubt it's probably been asked before.  Was Calle Quesada on Sector C badly hit by the floods or affected by subsidence we're coming over shortly property hunting and while we've used Google maps to have a look round these are out of date.

Any input greatly appreciated as you've always managed to come up trump's when I've asked previous questions.

Have a good day all and thanks in advance

a point worth putting forward .Not all of c12 is affected by subsidence only the areas that have been built on infill (you can see this looking across from Consum)even houses built on infill are not all in danger of collapsing .I can't see anywhere on Camposol ,that's is not affected by something or other ,for example b sector having water cut off on a regular basis. You need to take your time and pick something that suits you .

I don't want to get into a protracted argument ,but I repeat not all of c12 is affected by subsidence .some, I admit are, where infill has taken place (as explained you can see the infill course from Consum car park)but not all .certain areas have been highlighted ,but too simply to taint the whole of C12 is a misrepresention ,and not helpful to people who are selling the properties there.

I think you basically have to look around and make your own call. It is very clear where problems have happened historically and from I can tell it is limited to only a few places anyway but quite clearly there are some properties/roads on C that took more of the brunt than other areas.
