This one is probably for Roland who gives out good advice. Friends of ours who live on D currently have about 10 people on holiday occupying a Rosa who are partying until about 3 am, shouting with every other word being not very nice - upsetting quite a number of neighbours around them. What is the best action to take? If you call the police annonymously - what is the number you call. Any advice that I can pass on would be very much appreciated.

Simply phone the police...if it's holiday makers you can make a complaint against the owners and get the Tourist license removed ... provided they have got a license that is ...if not either way you can denounce them by filling the appropriate form in at the police station.

I would have a word with them 1st or contact the owners and if it continues then report via the alert cops app or call the police as per above. Does the rosa display the plaque to allow them to rent?

This is worrying!  I thought 'D' was a nice quiet area to live, aren't all the noisy holiday homes over on A & B??😮

Zacdog - we have a villa on sector D - came back from a week break just gone, there was no noisy neighbours around our part. The only noise we heard was from Sector C - probably golf course as it was someone's birthday and music travels a great distance.

No I can confirm the noisy area is not all A/B.

We have been here B for nearly 2 years, rental properties around us, but no problems.

We have heard of many problems on D re noise.

That's certainly food for thought SDB,  I class good neighbours as being very high on my wish list. Must make a note to be extra vigilant on my upcoming Recce visit!! Thanks for your honesty.
