Just a warning about break-ins on A particularly Calle Segovia / Avila area but obviously applies not just to those streets.
2 break-ins & 3 attempted break-ins in the last few days.
Attempted break-ins were foiled by alert neighbours.
One of those break-ins was at my house (which we are doing up).
They didn't get into the house proper as the anti-snap locks did their job. They did damage one of the Rejas. We think they used a car scissor jack to force the bars apart.
They did get into the underbuild. They couldn't get past the door lock, so they smashed the door.
My neighbours house just behind mine was ransacked.

We are so so sorry to hear of this sad news, we used to rent on Segovia (holidays) before purchasing on B.

We have Blink cameras front and back in Mula and we have a Ring in the UK. The Ring needs charging every few months but the Blinks are supposed to last between 1 and 2 years! They have paid for themselves already because yesterday the Blink system warned us that it had been off for more than half hour. We now have neighbours on the case to save our two freezers from melt down! It doesn’t bear thinking about what we would have found on our return to the casa!
