Buying in or near Camposol

We will be in Murcia at the end of October in our motorhome and hope to look at property with a view to buy. Presently living in France but looking for warmer weather. 

Looking at Camposol and have read if the various problems there so understand need to be careful. But we have a few questions:

1) Other than Camposol, can anyone suggest other suitable areas to look at? We are looking for detached, min 2 bed, with pool (or room for pool). Reasonably close to facilities.

2) both our vehicles (motorhome and an SUV) are French registered. Is it easy enough to transfer registration to Spanish plates? Or would it be preferable to sell, and buy again in Spain?

3) can anyone point us in the right direction regarding requirements for residence, health etc. We are both over 60 and have our S1
