Hi

I would be grateful for some advice on a road called Calle Aspilla in middle C please? Is it a good road to buy a holiday home and is it a nice area for holidays. I won’t have a car so could I cycle locally to shops etc?

I appreciate any advice

Kim

A straight forward answer would be NO.

Hi

Thanks for replying

Can I ask why you say no? I have not been to camposol in person but have been researching the area and not read good things about certain areas in sector C so I take it that Calle Aspilla is not a good area? I would really appreciate your advice as there is a property for sale there and don’t want to waste my inher

Thanks

Kim

This part of camposol has bad subsidence. Some properties have been very badly affected. Steer clear in my opinion.

That part of Camposol is unfortunately the area where they've had problems with subsidance so be very carefull, you'll be better looking at Sectors A or B if you don't drive or C1 through to C10 if your fairly fit, Sector D is a long way from the shops even on a bike carrying shopping. The best advice is visit Camposol for a few days and The Estate Agents will show you properties within your budget, good luck.

Phil.

Hi

Here's an online map of Camposol.

http://www.fast2016.org/fastmap/index.html

Calle Aspilla  is on what is commonly referred to as Upper C. It's uphill from Sector B & Lower C :)

We looked at Upper C & decided not to buy there.

We bought in lower C (Sector C2) 2.5 yrs ago and it's been great.
In June this year we bought a property on Sector A in order to be closer to the shops etc. We moved in at the beginning of october. We still own the other house on C2.

In my own view, a car or other motorised transport is vital if one lives on Camposol and wants independent travel.
There is a bus to other towns but that only stops on Sector A.
Upper C & Sector D are a good way from there and the shops.

What a great Map we've owned on Camposol for over 4 years and never seen that street map before always relied on the paper version with the adverts on.

Uper C the area with subsidance is C12 to C18 not all the Villas are damaged and some have recently been refurbished but always get a structure survey done and make sure the Villa has the correct paperwork.
