Firstly it’s Camposol! Lower C is a nice part of Camposol within walking distance to the Golf club which has a lovely bar/restaurant open to non members. There are no issues with properties on Lower C.

Hi Stephe, I have had a property on C6 for 2 years now and I love it there, it is nice and quiet, fantastic neighbours and community spirit, no issues with the build quality, we got the street lights running ourselves as part of the community, its fab, it is my forever home, the pig farm stinks now and then, but it was there when I bought the house,so I cant complain.

Hi Stuart,

Is it a normal pig farm or a macrogranja/pig factory?

It is an actual pig farm.

Pongs a bit sometimes.

Yes it is an actual pig farm. that information is something a lot of people leave out when they tell you about Camposol. it is not everyday you smell it, maybe once or twice a week.

That's not so bad. They are having terrible trouble in the Altiplano with the massive pig factories. A terrible existence for the pigs and because they are so huge the land and water supply are at risk, not to mention the flies.

We live on C6. We are blessed with lovely views and excellent neighbours. Close to the golf course and great for dog walks. You need a car. We do get a bit of smell from the farms up the way but not offensive at all. We love it here and villas were solidly built. Good luck with whatever you do..........

Hi,

We have owned a holiday villa on C2 for a little over 10 years now and love it.  We have never had any problems only slight maintenance issues, usually cosmetic in that time.  Neighbours are great, no ongoing noise problems.  Pig farm does whiff a little some early mornings or late evenings and there is a little noise at feeding times (don't want to think about the other times).  Have had it extended because this is where we are going to stay.
