Totally agree with your statement.

Lot of issues and complaints but yet the advice when asked is, yes buy on there??

That’s because they need people to purchase the properties.

Bit like give a bad employee a good reference.

If you lived in the UK you would most definitely not put up with all those issues.

The best advice I can give is create your own private forum with proof of ownership, that way it would limit the amount of negativity being spread about like wildfire.

Well not in all cases and I’m not being disrespectful but it seems to be the price of the properties are very affordable and yes there is a reason for it.

The motto is usually

“too good to be true”

I’m sure there is quite a lot lovely properties and very nice people on there, but you are not helping yourselves.

It’s so hard to get a good name and so easy to get a bad one!!

Hope you have continued improvement in the future.

Well the funny part about it all is that Camposol actually isn't a bad place at all, we truly love it here. Lots of amenities, beautiful properties at very affordable prices, good location close to the beaches, pretty quiet for such a large urbanisation, etc. The issues Camposol has are not very different from what happens in most places in Spain, that's why all the complaining people do is so annoying. There really isn't all that much reason for all the complaining.

Ok folks it's time we start working on a name change for Camposol. I would like to suggest Complainosol as the new name for Camposol. It's really mind blowing to read the endless amount of complaining people do about basically anything on all the Complainosol social media pages. The majority of r...

...esidents contribute absolutely nothing for the good of Complainosol but invest a tremendous amount of time complaining about traffic, rubbish, dog poo, burglaries, bin divers, price increases, vandalism, the council doing stuff, the council not doing stuff, broken promisses, street lights, pot holes, the council, taxes, potholes, the council, dogs barking, street lights, the council, noise from neighbors, potholes, the council, street lights, etc.

It's hard to understand why people would want to stay when they're that miserable all of the time. But that entire attitude completely changes immediately in one situation: as soon as somebody posts a question on any of the Complainosol social media pages stating they are thinking about buying a house on Camposol and ask how it's like living here....... Then all of a sudden replies come flying in saying: oh it's wonderful over here, everybody is so friendly, people are always helping eachother out, lots of volunteers doing wonderful things, we have a great community spirit.........bla bla bla.

If it wasn't so sad you'd actually think you're part of a stand up comedy show. Long story short: some people have a very strange way of living "a wonderful life under the Spanish sun";

Good one 😂

Lots of valid points . I have lived in the south Spain and now Murcia for many years but never on urbanisations . Each to their own but for me living in Spain is living the Spanish way , learning the language and interacting with the Spanish people . Trying the food I don’t see much of this on the urbanisations I have visited which seems such a shame . I have English friends that do not speak a word Spanish I have been translating for them some have lived here over 25 years you get out of life what you put in that’s anywhere you choose to live

Luckily we do have some very good Spanish restaurants in the area and we visit Murcia and Cartagena often as well. So there's plenty of choices when it comes to Spanish fine dining. I do have to say though that Camposol does have a selection of very good restaurants which out perform most restaurants in the Puerto de Mazarron area. Just to name a few: The Grove, Spice Villa, The Bulgarian Bistro, Quality, Mariano's and Piccolo's. All serve wonderful meals at great prices.

Well said and so true when people ask about the Camposol Community regarding buying property on Facebook they answer everything is rosy with no major problems and a great community then the same people complain about Street Lighting or Rubbish.

As far as a name change I hate the names for the different sectors such as Sector C why doesn’t each sector have a nice Spanish name as a district within the Ciudad of Camposol ...

...

Sector A = Almachar

Sector B = Barranda

Sector C = Caborana

Sector D = Domecelle

Just some examples.

Phil.

Perfectly possible. Pretty much all of Camposol is on land that previously had Spanish names. For example D sector could choose between “Los Leones”, “Reventon” or Los Altos de Las Canadas” as these are the old names for different parts of the sector.😇

Perhaps we need to get a campaign going to name the various sectors with their original names.

Hello. I have to warn about this. The day people don't bother to complain anymore it will go downhill.
i live in an urbanization where no one complains anymore, now there is dog poo everywhere, and i mean everywhere, everything looks like a dump and nobody says anything .

I'm looking into Camposol, because I don't want to live here anymore.
