We recently used coral and Alcaraz in the port opposite the indoor market. They were fab. English is excellent and always answered my emails in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

You'll always get several opinions and experiences when you ask this question. I would definitely not advise using PALS.
There should be a standard thread for this question as it's always cropping up.

How do you know they did, especially if it's the first purchase in Spain. Had it been my first experience of buying property there, apart from the obvious blunder where they put a restriction in the Escritura on how many weeks I could stay at my own house, I wouldn't have investigated all the other things, and I would never have found out until I came to sell it!
The term 'Buyer beware' applies to solicitors as well!
