... the near future ...I know of 3 people that have mortgages on sector D ..if you are looking at buying a Neptuno on a 300 MTR plot with swimming pool they are currently going for around €140,000 ..on Camposol D sector the closer you get to the shops the price starts going up... the same villa down in the port built by the same builder's are around €350,000 ... Camposol was taken over by the council around 3 year's back when they through the corrupt Massa builder's of the site and have since taken over the maintenance of Camposol ... thing's are improving by the day the site has a great community with plenty of bars /restaurants /shops / community center / health center / Doctors / Dentist and so on ... don't expect to much of the asking price as Camposol properties are already the cheapest around ..so maybe around 10% lower than the asking price would be a good starting point .
Fully agree.
Camposol is a good investment, and improvements have started, and will continue.
Habitation certs will be no problem, I live on B sector and have one.
Camposol will have a great future, 2 of our friends alone have purchased a Villa lately, and its increasing, life now means more than anything, and many from other countries are retiring early now, and coming out to enjoy the rest of there lives.
No other better place than Camposol.
