Fully agree.

Camposol is a good investment, and improvements have started, and will continue.

Habitation certs will be no problem, I live on B sector and have one.

Camposol will have a great future, 2 of our friends alone have purchased a Villa lately, and its increasing, life now means more than anything, and many from other countries are retiring early now, and coming out to enjoy the rest of there lives.

No other better place than Camposol.

Try Torre de La HORADADA. Town Houses great house for space In a PRIVATE sale through Lawyers you can buy one for€150000 Sell or buy privately ( no estate agent fee which are about &€4000 up to& €6000.Torre de la HORADADA is all flat &  lose to back 5 minutes. A lovely safe place to live There is one lo very nice one in C/virgen  de La Asincion110 on the market  estate agents Five 5 Asking price €+50000.but an be sold privately  Savings  of about €5000 No Estate agent  worth a look

Hello can somebody explain the 10 year rule for being able to acquire a certification of habitants. Also the tourist thing. I am thinking of buying but a little concerned.
