Hola, I am learning Spanish on durolingo app. It’s good but it’s starts with stuff that you would not use, like school and studying, but it teaches you to order coffee, tea, so to order a coffee, you would say, uno cafe con leche Sin azucar. or uno cafe sin leche con azucar. Con is with azucar. Sin is without. Pot favor, which is please. Try it it’s free as adverts drive you mad.

I know the feeling. But the more you do it the easier it gets, also remembering how to say it when not staring you in the face, if you have someone who wants to learn also, then it would be so much easier, as you learn by each other’s mistakes. I am doing it by myself so no one to bounce off, but really got into it now, and by Xmas next year, I should be able to speak espanol, easier than now.

Hi i am also learning Spanish with duolingo i started using it in 2018 and really enjoy it but need to look at joining a class to improve my speaking and use of verbs. A Spanish class near Camposol would be perfect.

Hi, each to their own, but you definitely cannot beat Coffee Break Spanish. It teaches you conversational Spanish from the very start and drops in grammar, pronunciation, word stress etc too. It's free and I use it alongside lessons I have with a tutor, but, my tutor highly recommendeds it too. I tried duolingo and couldn't get on with it at all. Hope it works out OK for you 🙂
Just one word of caution about online lessons, a lot of them are based on Latin American Spanish. There are differences from mainland Spanish, especially in the way sentences are constructed, different words used. As an additional tool look at the app SpanishDict, it will offer alternative translation for any English entered.
Good luck / buena suerte

Hi I just went to App Store, typed in coffee break Spanish. All I got up was loads off apps which do not say coffee break Spanish, so don’t know which one you are using.

Good point! Coffee Break Spanish teaches for Spain but does give the odd version for Latin America. Spanishdict is my choice too for confirmation, examples and phrasing 🇪🇦
