The instructions for the self-cleaning mode should be in the manual that came with the oven. Use Google translate to put it into English if you don't understand the Spanish or look online to see if you can obtain a copy of the operating instructions for that model in English.

What im asking is, for things we maybe missing, as we followed the instructions step by step, and it didn't work.

We feel were missing something, but cant seem to find what.

Hi, I’ve got one of these (does not help you can’t get the instructions in English!) You need to take the shelf supports out first, Slide them up to remove I think (I’m not home atm to check) then it should work. Additionally I had problems with mine with the locking mechanism (this is a known fault with these ovens) I had to call an engineer out to fix it, but it’s just a case of fiddling with the mechanism (have also had subsequent problems, but my wife knows how to fix it, without calling out the engineer!) Do you also have the steam oven, if you figure out how to use that, please let me know as I have not figured it out! 🤣
