Idea has been dropped, our local roads residents have a better idea.

But will not broadcast it in case you disagree.

sdb137 - you get more ridiculous by the posting !  Afraid ? You are the one afraid -   of other peoples opinions when they don't coincide with yours !  I have no reason  to be afraid of anyone, or anything, because I have led a blameless life; and have a quiet confidence in myself. No one is above criticism, only God,  because he is almighty, all seeing,  and knowing. 

Originally I posted as I’d be happy to pay and that’s still the case however you @sdb137 come across as narcissistic and the persistent chat you seem to be having with anyone who questions your idea is beyond belief. Why you deem it necessary to post one after another is just ridiculous. Why you couldn’t have said everything you wanted to say in one post instead of spreading it out over god knows how many posts is unbelievable. 
once you’ve decided not to pursue the idea then that’s it. Just drop it and move on. No need to keep posting.

You are really sad, I feel sorry for you, go away, 

Over inflated pension, tell that to the officers wife and children, after he was killed in the line of duty, have you ever had to protect the public and fight hand to hand with a knife man, to save a member of the public, of course not, you have no idea.

Ever had to decide in a split second to pull the trigger and take a life, of course not.

Please go back in the shadows, and lets hope if you need help some one is there to assist.
