Ask your architect i'm sure he must know of builders who do this
Do NOT use Puerto Alumino. They fitted ours many years ago. Very friendly and spoke good English but a couple of years later we had a problem when the roof leaked in. I lost count of the number of times he said he would come to sort it. In the end had to go elsewhere. He also told us that we didn't require a licence because the windows could be removed - complete tosh, as we found later to our cost.
Ask around for recommendations as well as speaking with the architect.
Ok will do ours already has a solid roof so we just want the windows really do you no roughly what it would cost
Sorry, we had ours done over 10 years ago so prices have changed.

Sandy, dont make mistake thinking because you have a roof, you only need windows, so you dont need planning. We enclosed a roofed over terrace(40sq mts) written as a marquesina on our escritura, after builder saying we only needed permission for minor works which we did get. 2yrs later, court action, demolition order and were fined 14,000€ for illegal building. You are adding a "habital room" to your property and you need full planning even if its tiny.
Definitely not Puerto Alumino, totally unreliable. Try Ferromatic , North Mazarron. They speak excellent English and good work at fair prices.
Ok paulsav that's interesting to no thank yoi
Ok lucidal100 I will bear them in mind thank you
Out of curiousity will they get the required permissions?
