Roughly 1500 euro per year.

That would also include electricity.

You have got to factor in maintenance of  €1,000 minimum per year..on top of the IBI/Water/Electric /None Residents Tax...these Villa's are just like your house in the UK they need maintenance... this seems to have been forgotten about by the other posters.

also factor in the community charge of around 200e yearly that will be implemented , plus additional maintenance costs

for burst pipes on private roads, , its all about to kick off, in camposol, this will reduce house prices, effect sales, create uncertainty ,

Oink..what community charges..I only pay IBI..on sector D €420 per year ..on a Neptuno With a pool /3beds /3 bathrooms..I know some parts of Camposol have swimming pools / private roads  so I would expect these require a community charge.

There was a meeting with Silvana the councillor for Camposol yesterday - all sectors will have to become Entities & pay community fees to maintain Camposol. There was also lists presented showing which streets are private & public roads for all sectors.

This is news to me ..the €200 per year on top of the IBI is still very cheap to have Camposol maintained .this should get the street lights turned back on and regular police patrolling the urbanisation...who do I pay the €200 to .

I have a copy of the minutes of that meeting.

If anybody would like a copy please PM.

It is a 4 page A4 document & may be too big to post here.

It explains all the how / when / where it would all happen.
