200e is ball park figure, upfront of 100 e initially, no one knows exact figures, but you could end up paying for street lighting that shouldve been installed  and then only certain streets will pay charges, , then those that refuse to pay

could hike up costs, as they reckon its not on their documentation, can of worms,

I have just read the minutes of the meeting and it appears the charge will be up to €240 a year with an initial €100 set up.

It appears this is for the ROADS and there is no mention of water leaks or electrical prooto repair on private roads.

Let me know if you know differently

In addition, it appears these a normal on Urbanistailns all over Spain.

Does anyone have any evidence to support or deny that fact?

you may have to pay for leaks on private roads , maintain roads, appoint a president or let sol deal with your area,

this could inflate costs, on other urbs they never had issues camposol had, bad workmanship, etc,

early stages, but will all come out in the wash

I agree with the workmanship issue, but I have have water leaks in the street resolved and electrical issues resolved by Iberdrola and Aqualia and both have said they were their responsibility.

Maybe we don't do as requested until the Council complete their roads and in the mean time other utilities will not be our problem.

Further,  I am not on Facebook, but the Camposol site there does bring up an interesting point;

Sector A never got any of this and they are  now an Entity I believe?

On the basis that all the sectors are the same and should be treated the same, the same adoption should apply, should it not?

Interesting that the council have only brought this up  13 years after the event!

Whilst I think Silvana is doing a great job, I wonder if she is being fed information, as it suits.

Making the residents responsible for the roads is pointless if the Council don't do their roads!!

And just to muddy the waters even more I came across this Facebook post from Linda Biggs.

Re: Re the recent meeting called and presided over by

Councillor Silvana Buxton promoting the formation

Communities of Owners for each and every Poligono to

take over so called "private" Roads and the

responsibility to improve and maintain the urbanisation

— with the big hint of an Entity — I have prepared and

submitted a complaint plus enclosures to back up the

fact that certain areas of Sector BCD are still

incomplete, and the responsibility for that still remains

with Mazarron Council also that the whole of Sector A

was formally reoeived/adopted by Mazarron Town Hall

direct from the builders Justo y Manoli SL in 2012. I

am pleased to confirm this complaint has been

accepted by the Defensor del Pueblo to investigate and

to give his impartial ruling. As soon as I hear more I will

let you know. IN THE MEANTIME, | suggest we do

nothing on a voluntary basis.
