Reference the Communities of Owners - if you look at the DEEDS - unfortunately depending where you have bought it will mention the Communities of Owners and the charges that should be applied. Yes I understand the Communities of Owners have not been set up on all Sector's (even sector A have private roads). Instead of putting our heads in the sand, wishing it will go away, it will not.

Embrace the situation and make Camposol better for all concerned, it is still a lot cheaper than anyone will pay in charges back in the UK. Yes I will have to pay my share towards the Communities of Owners. Surely it is better to start the process now before the roads etc deteriorate further more, Mazzaron council will not help!!! They will only maintain the public roads.

The problem is they don’t appear to be maintaining ANY roads!

I agree the cost isn’t that great if you can afford it, but the fact that we are being told to sort out our side, where is the councils commitment? Granted they may not help, but it’s difficult to understand why we would do our roads to an acceptable level, when they have not. 

We do not have to agree to anything yet. A resident is taking it to an independent authority. Camposol has never been finished & until it is we should not have to pay anything.

One of the biggest problems is that the council does not have the money to complete Camposol...€240 is chicken feed to ask for as long as it gets the urbanisation Finnish ..what people are forgetting is that Massa the builders went into liquidation ...it is not the Mazarron council problem if Camposol remains unfinish ...so basically what we have got to get before we start to pay the €240 per year is a breakdown of the maintenance program with a detailed schedule of works ...if some of the residents of Camposol want to take Mazarron council to court it will take many more year's to get Camposol Finnish ...I have owned a villa on D for 12 year's and I can tell you Lott's of people on the urbanisation do not want to pay for anything at all ...some even lost possession of their villa's by not making the final payment for the escutura as they wanted to avoid paying the I.B.I. this is a fact.

So. Because a company, let's call it 'the counci' have employees that say things are fine, when they're not , the company can walk Way from its OBLIGATIONS! If it wasn't for these people the work would have been finished to a satisfactory standard.

In life, if a company has employees who act in this way, the "company'is responsible.

We purchased these properties in good faith, and the council are responsible! They issued the authority and acceptance that these properties and its infractuture were of reasonable quality.

Massa /justo Malino that built Camposol do not exist anymore they went into liquidation companys do it all the time ... the Mazarron council have stepped in to try and put things right ...the council have no legal obligation to help  Camposol out as the site was started by a private company that's now gone in to receivership this is what's called business ...I have also heard of individuals that are still trying to get money from Massa / Justo Malino they are wasting there time and money as the company in question has dept's of over €30 million...so let's pay the €240 and get Camposol Finnish .
