Hotel grounds

Council cleared it i believe and it will be fenced off. There were lots of complaints about the state of the green skips and people dumping garden waste on the floor when the skips were full. 

Yes it was an eyesore but seems fencing it off seems a big waste.  Im sure somthing usefull could be put there 🤔 As usual nothing.   Thanks for replying 🙂

Yeah you just "put something there"........because that's the way things work............you see an empty piece of land and you just put something there (as long as it's not a fence). Maybe something that's just as useful as the hotel?

Its about as usefull as your comment.   Very sarcastic !   What would you rather see a fence or a playground or grazy golf etc something that can be used ? Few examples give people a reason to want to come n look forward too instead of reading all the bad things(bulgeries, street lights, floods ect ect)    I know its all about budgets n stuff but somthing like these examples would maybe bring money in.  Sorry for going on a bit but it frustrates me when i read this 😡

I believe all the land around the golf course was designated as "superior housing" in Masa 's day. prices of €500,000 were bandied about. In places that land was laid out with roads and services, but the best plans for Camposol have often gone astray. what about all the other spare bits of prime land here being utilized? I'm thinking of that quagmire next to the shops which people park on. - it could be paved and turned into a useful car park (sorely needed) .

My comment was sarcastic because your initial reply (like happens so often with some people on Camposol) was extremely shortsighted. And this reply isn't much better. First of all, do you have any clue who ownes that land? Second, we have gotten a number of additional amenities on Camposol during the last 4 years and when a piece of land is being cleared, instead of being happy about it you complain and claim you should get some more stuff (entitled much?). Who do you think should pay for all this stuff (including the land it should be built on)? All you could say was "As usual nothing".........Football pitch, dog park, children's playground and now outdoor sporting facilities on sector D, that's what we got just in the last 4 years without paying for any of it.

People around here love all the amenities they can possibly get.................as long as it doesn't cost them a penny. 

Your twisting things i said   Im not disputing the fact that things have been done and course your going to love the things you do get. I did say it was all about budget also.  So im not jumping in n just picking things out the sky i can understand somone has to pay.
