I do not down places everyone has a different idea

But do not buy till you try it there is no rush prices are reducing not escalating so 3-6 months try wherever you think you like rent is easily found by the end of the term you will know what you think is right for you do not be rushed by an over the top agent with this fantastic deal there will be another tomorrow

Last thing try other places look around there are places nearer the sea with better transport links etc always best to look around and do not listen to sellers telling you best place in spain

I wonder how long ago this was and  how much the property was ...as the only properties without the legal paperwork tend to be the one's with building issue's  ...since the council took over the running of Camposol 2 year's back  every property that is legally built has a Escutra (...

...deeds) ...if you look around the part of Spain  you have bought in you will find just as many problems with build quality ...with builder's going bankrupt before the site is finished ...this sort of thing happens frequently...even in your part of utopia.😁

2 years or less just

Just after the last load of flooding that washed out another load of houses

Prices are on the up, not by much but they are on the rise and properties are beginning to sell, but still don't rush into a purchase if you lose the one you like there will be others, good luck

A note from the local agents say that for some reason prices in spain rose by 2% but in Murcia they bucked the trend by reducing 2.5% however in the scheme of things 2% is a drop in the ocean either way when making a life changing investment in your future

In my case property valued at 450,000€ 7 years ago now 200,000 plus but it seems buyers are buying new houses not second hand luckily we are here for the long term and have no wish to move anywhere else which is a good reason to make sure you buy the property in the area you want so valuation is not so important in sucina a property 10 years ago purchased for 178,000 was sold on a “place in the sun” for 60,000 so now they will not lose those percentages again so most places are good value anywhere in spain

While we were looking at property in Camposol we dealt with Mercers and we found them extremely helpful... In fact, the young lady we dealt with went above and beyond and helped us replace our lost mobile phone.. I think her name was Lindsey...I could not fault their service.

Best advice !

If it’s sounds to good to be true it normally is and agents only want your money so do solicitors we found a Spanish insurance agent who gave us advice with no cost but we found it invaluable always look for second opinion or even third never trust one person especially if they are earning money from the advice and service they give you
