Come and enjoy Camposol, be a CAMPOSOLILIAN, and enjoy life, time is shorter than you think, enjoy.
Its great, ignore the down beats, you deserve the best.
Just look at the UK at present, thousands of houses evacuated, due to a dam about to burst, it can happen to the best, so choose wisely, take advise, and be happy.
So what . That is exactly why I came to live here . It's exactly the same as the UK . Brixton , Southall and Tower Hamlets . We might not speak great Spanish , but we put a lot of money into the Spanish economy .It's a two way street .
I love the Spanish culture and food and am taking Spanish lessons.
I like my own country man's company and I apologise to no one for that .

We too used mercers and PALS. We have all correct documentation. Solicitors set up our bill direct debits. The all procedure was hassle free.
We completed in September and this is our 3rd time out. (We still work).
It's got to be one of the best things we have done. Its lovely on here and we are looking forward to many happy years and a wonderful retirement
As stated before we used Mercers who use PALS and we could not fault them at all. Friendly., helpful and everything in English
For 4 years now we have had 5 holidays a year but now retired and although not looking to move permanently we will have fewer trips but stay longer

Hi. Was under the impression it was a legal requirement to sell your house with a habitacion certificate?
Why should an estate agent check the boiler etc. You would not get that in the UK so why expect that in Spain. You normally buy sight as seen so that responsibility is always down to the purchaser
We actually had good post support from Mercers but guess things can change and be different case by case
