But they only class it as benefit when it suits added benefits you can claim if on benefits are not eligible if it’s state benefit   I have worked 52 years but you receive no extra

Can anyone give me any information and advice, I have not been to that area before, how far to the beach, shops etc.

Totally agree paid for 50 years and told its a state benefit that is until you try to claim any additional benefits that people in receipt of benefits can claim then it’s no longer a benefit but a state pension and to rub salt in it apparently the lowest in Europe

Lower C is near the golf course Upper C is up the hill over the roundabout. Some areas on the outskirts of upper C experienced subsidence, so you have to be careful where you buy. Best to get a survey done.

In answer to your questions, you will be approximately 15 Kms from the beaches.
