Shops from C are about 2 Kms away you will need a car.

Lower C is near the golf course Upper C is up the hill over the roundabout. Some areas on the outskirts of upper C experienced subsidence, so you have to be careful where you buy. Best to get a survey done.
In answer to your questions, you will be approximately 15 Kms from the beaches.

Generally speaking the areas affected are settled but you will see some abandoned houses and roads which are badly affected. You really need to check out the area yourself there are a number of properties for sale in "nice", parts of C sector.
I would do a visit to Camposol to check out the area fly into Covera

They have a number of reasonably priced cars
