Do not trust anybody that promises that they will get the licences and permits. You could end up having to pay for it, then pay again to fill it in plus fine...
Does it take long to get planning permis

Speak to SAyMI (Gary) in Mazarron located in fireplace shop on right as you go down the hill. Very professional trust worthy and stick to the schedule they state. Gary will explain the procedure about permission licence etc.
