Hello just doing some research on different secs in Camposol and was wondering if anyone can advise me to sec D32 & D23 and C16 area also D15 are these areas ok to look into buying ? We have already been over to view and plan to come over again in September to rent a villa for a week and the plan is to view more, would gratefully appreciate any advise from people who know the area.

Thanks for reading 👍😎

You have done your research d32/d23/d15/c16 ...have not been legally signed off by the council ...the one's on D sector are in the process of being legalised at the moment... So its best if you avoid them for now..the one's you mentioned on D sector have nothing wrong with them as far as building quality... They just don't have all the legal paperwork ...as Massa the builder went Bust before having them signed off by the council.the one's on C16 will have to be demolished as they have very bad subsidence... Warning  only take advise from people that own a property on Camposol ....not from the likes of ...The Tony down the pub brigade that has never been to Camposol that are frequently giving advise on this forum  ...so come and see for yourself and make your own mind up.

Thanks frequent flyer I did read a artical about those builders, no wonder these are on the market for peanuts and now it's been confirmed, oh I'm doing what ever research I can as we plan to sell up here in not so sunny Northamptonshire and want to move over to Camposol all being well by this time next year but if we see something we like the move will be sooner than we planned 😎 Glad we was told about this forum it's great

What frustrates me is why are these estate agents even trying to sell on these areas knowing the current state of these properties do they think most of us have mug tattood on our forehead if so I think it is absolutely disgraceful Name and shame them 😡👿☹️

Thanks again and will will not listen to tony from the pub

The estate agents are only selling the legal houses. It will be upto your solicitor to ensure you have the deeds and the Fina Obra.

I know of people that recently  bought on d23 they had been made aware by the lawyer that the Escutura had not been released by the council ...they paid peanuts (€ 36,000 )for a 2 bed 2 bathroom Villa .the same fully legal one goes for (100,000 ++++) so it just might be worth taking a chance.

Some of the best houses on Camposol are on D sector.
