We have a property on D and yes we love it, my question is what other places around the Costa Calida would you buy a property thats near the beach and has a promenade to walk up and down like Benidorm has but in a quieter area, with bars and cafes that you can walk to.

Have you thought about Aguilas. A wonderful promenade and lots going on.

Look north of Cartagena:
Mar de Cristal, Los Nietos, Estrella de Mar, Los Urrutias.... (OK in the summer, quiet October to Easter)
Los Alcazares, Santiago de Ribera, Lo Pagan busy during summer but bars & restaurants open October to Easter
Try Sucina nice.
