Hi thanks you for adding me, me and my husband was there 21/4/18 for 2 nights stay and viewed 3 villas ( which me typically fell in love with as many females would )  our plan is to sell up and to retire,  all being well by summer 2019 if not before,  so doing some research as to find out what it costs for me to get a will made as the one we have here will mean nothing over there just in case anything happened to my hubby and I would need my name on the deeds over there aswell for the same reason, like this forum as got the answers to a lot of questions that's has been niggling away in the back of our minds.

Thanks for reading 😬😎

NCS LAWYERS did ours. We paid €120+vat + €60 for the notary. The lawyers told us the will is only for our  property in Spain. But someone told us if my husband and I were to die, our children as beneficiaries, would still pay like 40% on the value of the house in order to inherit it, change the property to their names. Not sure about this one but write down your questions before the actual meeting. Best wishes!

I've been quoted 190.00 euros per person, per Will and this includes all Notary fees

That seems expensive....our notary fees are €70 each . Maybe you should shop around .

I suggest you use debbie shaw.

She does it all for you and is an expert in this field. She does 2-1 offers with wills so will be pretty cheap.

You can find her on most camposol Facebook sites
