I still don't know who Pedro Mendez Is. I am not supplying personal details to someone I don't know. Can someone please tell me who he is and does he live on Camposol ?

Hi all out there trying to sort things for Camposol. I am living in Camposol and hold residencia paying my way through taxes and IBI although not a wealthy person. This can be confirmed by the people who broke into my house recently, what they took is precious to me not even worth a few hundred pounds but they where items from deceased members of my family having ram ransacked  every room and cupboard, for that, I am heartbroken. I was away visiting my family of which some are very ill. 

I would not be surprised if the people who complain most about Camposol are those who dont have a padron or pay there IBI mainly because of the state of the roads, no lighting and no security but if you dont register your property by obtaining a padron your property and area are excluded from services and made worse by not paying the IBI which will only come back on you if you want to sell. Can our councillor Silvana let us know a bit more about this money, which is not been spent on Camposol and how we can access it for urgent road repairs, lighting and to have police presents on Camposol among many other items needed. I urge you people out there Camposol has had a bad reputation, this can be changed and could be an even better place to live, not just holiday in. 

You need to look at your other half and think if I am not there tomorrow do I want a safe place for my other half to live in. When you come on holidays we give a little and know you want to have a good time, please respect the people who live and work here. I am so proud of the work we do for ourselves MABS, FAST, Age Concern, and many other charities covering all aspects of life needs. The garden groups who do a wonderful job I am still battling the aftermath of cancer so cannot do manual work. I do want to give back to the community I live in. We could have people que up to live on Camposol just remember you may be retired but you can retire from making the place you live in a better place for all, including your family coming over on holiday. Thank you for listening to my hopes for Camposol if we stand together and watch out for each other as we have done in this pandemic we can do it and we will do it. We will take all the help we can get, so, get sign up for this petition, obtain your padron and pay your way then things can only get better. Sorry to be so long but it is a big problem.
