Yes. Great idea. We are on B, but it's still nice to go somewhere different.
Good luck with it.

It is not a case of doom and gloom mongers it is people talking from experience. I opened 2 restaurants in Mazarron and made money however the people that bought these from me did there own thing and lost money. I then leased another business did not do my homework, which i should have known better, and lost over 100,000 .I have recovered from this but do know my way with Spanish system. I sold many properties on Camposol D off plan back in the eearly 2000 and no plans for commercial. As I say not
doom and gloom but honest advice.
We’d definitely use it 😀
No it’s not about bringing doom & gloom. Makes no difference to me what opens on D Sector - I live on B but would hate people to get their hopes up & waste their money when lots of people have tried & failed previously. I personally think Mazarron council should allow it & a taxi & bus service to operate on Camposol but sadly they won’t 🤷♀️
I would use the facilities for sure !
Cheers !

Sector D is the largest sector on Camposol and so it has always baffled me why there are no amenities there at all. I did hear that some were originally intended but for various reasons they all fell through
I would say that it makes a lot of sense but due to the established amenities on B and A I think many would only use a grocery shop as a place to pop in for essentials missed on the "main shop" . A bar certainly has a lot of appeal and I would expect wouyld get a lot of trade especially if food was also on the menu
Sounds as though it may be harder to get approval but good luck anyway
Hi
Yes we would use use them, it would be lovely to have facilities in walking distance. Good way to meet your neighbours too.
Kind regards.
I wondered if it would be possible to offer a voluntary taxi/shopping service where people were asked to donate towards the service? The village where my mum lives in Colchester have a similar idea called a Care Network and the model would be perfect for Camposol.
We are not here full time as yet but holiday in our place on Sector D. We expect to retire here and would welcome a local shop and bar within walking distance. Great idea, we wish you well on this endeavour. Please keep us up to date via the forum.
From what I know they won’t give you a license for sector C or D
