Hi
We are thinking about letting our house out on short term holiday let. we are looking for any information on agents that do letting and all that is involved with it for a fee.
Has anyone out there got any experience or recommendations of local agents on camposol that we might consider.

Don't know if YOU will have to register your property with Murcia tourist board or if you it would come under an agents wing. but I do know it would need registering with tourist board for holiday lettings, have a word with Dave and Jackie at 2let2sell2buy or Sue at Another world properties.

Hi,
I'd recommend you talk to Vinny or Sue Walker at Another World Properties on Sector B on Camposol. They do lettings as well as real estate sales.

No I don't, I registered and let my own property, but I live local to the property. I have live here for 15 years and the 2 agents I mentioned have a very good name.
We use ahrentals in camposol for our villas .anita is very good offers a few services and looks after your property well . She has a website .
