There is a property for sale on the Saladillo Golf development (Sector D - Camposol)
Does anybody know why the property is so cheap?
Does anybody know if there are any problems or rules relating to these properties that makes them different to the rest of Camposol?

What do you call cheap...and what property are you referring to.
The main problem with D is the distance from the amenities. Shops bars etc.
If you post the actual property address somebody with tell you why it is so cheap.

3 bed / 2 bath for 51,900 euro
No private pool but communal one.

Didnt think there was a communal pool on D ???

I own a property on Saladillo Golf, several doors down from the one for sale, I would guess that one is so cheap because in the time I have owned no one has been there, also looking at the pictures, what there are, the property appears to have been completely stripped out, there should be a complete kitchen, full bathroom off the master bedroom and a shower room, as there are no pictures I would guess that these have all been stripped also. Having said that, 51,900 is cheap.

We don't have any community swimming pools on D sector..and you won't find a 3 bed 2 bath Villa either for €51,900...the small 2 bed lock up an leave terrace villa's across the road from me are going for upwards of €50,000...we seem to get bombarded with dreamers asking the same old questions ...I have lost count of the people I have come across that have said to me ..I nearly bought a place in Spain but I didn't bother ...and I am positive that the vast majority of people that come on this forum are just dreaming ...you can tell this but the stupid questions they ask .
Post a link to the estate agents advert, IF there is one.
Then maybe you might get a constructive answer.
AFIK - there are no communal pools on Camposol D Sector.
Not sure why no one believes this property exists.
And it does have the use of a communal pool.
