Hi

If you look at the map below you C15 is where they levelled the mountain and subsequently has an issue with subsidence. This road is closed to traffic. Your sector is at the top of lower C. I'm not aware of any issues this area has had.

I live on C6 and have no issues at all.

Hope that helps

I'm not sure. I would say it is upper C due to its location at the top of the hill plus the sector numbers increase towards that area.

It is certainly the main area of subsidence and if you go and see you will see what I mean.

The area you are looking at is overlooked by a large hill green area but no construction on it and where your sector is I would like to say that any rain would drain away from you towards the lower properties.

I am not aware of any major flood issues in your area either.

I believe a lot of the Rambla flood issues were over on D and that is and has been addressed more recently.

If you scroll through this forum there is a conversation been had previously where a resident of C2 comments about the subsidence on sector C.

Hope that helps.

No

If you look at the map I have sent you, you are saying your looking at C2. That isn't where MASA the builder responsible, levelled the mountain.

That is on C15 and if you visit this sector you will see the obvious subsidence issues there.

Sector C15 is on the hotel side and on the other side of the duel carriageway.

Your sector C2 is fine. The best advise I can give you is to go and see the different areas as its difficult for you to appreciate just how bad C15 is compared to the rest of the urbanisation.

Calle Jodar is almost at the top of the hill in Sector C2

Any heavy rainfall will be running away down the hill.

The houses in Calle Jodar stand rather tall on the street. You go up a short flight of stairs to the front door. If a flood gets that high, we'll need an Ark.

I live just around the corner on Calle Frailes, also C2. Definitely no flooding problems in the house.
I understand that neighbours have had issues with underbuilds having water in them after VERY heavy (Gota Fria) storms. Ours does get a tad damp, but we're not living in it

This is a link to searchable map. Click on Sector C, then the street name.

C2 in in 'Lower C' - C15 is in 'Upper C'

Hi, we have had a holiday villa on C. Lopera, just round the corner from C. Jodar.  We have never been flooded and I doubt C. Jodar has, it slopes down towards us.  C2 is lower C, not the troubled Middle C.
