Although the first reply was informative...they forgot to say that Camposol has a community bus that runs round the estate... sector B also has large petrol station a large DIY shop that you can but just about anything you want in a Bank and a large community center / Chinese and Indian restaurants ... on sector C. we also have a 18 hole golf course and a large 5 star hotel ..the hotel is currently being refurbished.
. although D sector has no shops on it but does have the largest population of full time residents ...the properties are also the last one built on Camposol ..for instance if you bought on A sector as apposed to D sector the house on A would be approximately 20 years older...no matter what sector you buy on you will need your own transport as well.

Where is the DIY shop on Sector B? There was one up to about 15 years ago, the only two shops being the DIY and supermarket. When the DIY shop closed it became a Chinese supermarket.
The Chino IS the DIY place.

If you want to buy Chinese food you go to a Chinese supermarket we don't have one on Camposol...what we do have on Camposol B sector is a giant Chino that sells everything you will require to maintain you property and more...we also have a DIY shop on A sector .

I know there is a small place on Sector A selling mainly paint, a few plumbing items and electrical sockets etc. A Chinese chino/bazaar on Sector B, but I wouldn’t exactly call it a DIY shop, it sells some nails, screws, electrical plugs etc where are the bags of cement, the plaster, the tiles, grouting, timber etc. To put it bluntly it is what I call a Chinese tat shop, if you want a washing up bowl, storage boxes, gawdy wall hangings, knitting wool you go there.

Ginger..if anyone wants a plank of wood or sand /cement / tiles / bricks and blocks it's normal in Spain to go to a builders merchants..if you want anything else like tools and so on then go to the Chino on sector B... I am reading your post and it lead's me to believe you arguing about a shop you have never been in.

There is a Ferreteria in the Business Centre on Sector A. Limited stock though.
The Chino Bazaar in the Sector B Business Centre sells lots of stuff for DIY. Some of it seems to be of dubious quality. Buy carefully.
If you want materials such as wood, plaster, sand, cement etc.
Go to a builders merchants. There are a number in Mazarron & other nearby towns.
There is also Leroy Merlin in Murcia and Cartagena. A sort of B & Q clone. Better qualty tools than sold in the Chino shops, I would suggest.
Properties near Camposol
