Mostly scaremongering.
There are a very small number of properties that were built on unstable land. They are very obvious.
We have our deeds for the first property we bought in 2018 and have the 'Copia Simple' for the one we bought recently. The actual Escritura will be with us soon.
There is argy bargy with the local Council with regard to road repair, street lighhts and actual completion of the overall estate, but it is fully functional and there are 1000's living here.
Camposol has a great community in the main, but just like anywhere else, there are a few people I would not associate with.
Of particular interest to new prospective buyers should be the 'Community of Owners' discussion. Here's a clue, with the exception of a few 'Montsora' properties, there are no 'Community of Owners' groups set up and there should not be until the Mazarron Council meets its obligations.
