Here is the link below and whilst I never trust MSM and only believe half of what I see and nothing of what I hear, I would welcome the 'real perspective' on this article and ask are there issues to look out for when buying now.

TIA

Mostly scaremongering.

There are a very small number of properties that were built on unstable land. They are very obvious.

We have our deeds for the first property we bought in 2018 and have the 'Copia Simple' for the one we bought recently. The actual Escritura will be with us soon.

There is argy bargy with the local Council with regard to road repair, street lighhts and actual completion of the overall estate, but it is fully functional and there are 1000's living here.

Camposol has a great community in the main, but just like anywhere else, there are a few people I would not associate with.

Of particular interest to new prospective buyers should be the 'Community of Owners' discussion. Here's a clue, with the exception of a few 'Montsora' properties, there are no 'Community of Owners' groups set up and there should not be until the Mazarron Council meets its obligations.

There is a lot of info here:

Thank you for the information Tony and the link.

Are these still being marketed?

I read somewhere about rerouting of the Rambla, has that been done? I also read a few comments about areas to avoid.

The 'argy bargy' with the council is not uncommon, I bought a place in 2013 (different part of Spain) from the bank when a Constructor was having new builds repossessed and we still have not had the tarmac finish on the road yet, just concrete!

I recall seeing a property in the next street on the market recently.
It was priced well under comparable properties in a nearby sector.

It looked rather neglected.
