Statement on Deeds/Community of Owners

The members of the Camposol Residents Association Committee wish to inform their members that the news about our deeds having a statement to the effect that we need to set up a variety of community of owners by poligono is not workable now, or in the future, without the backing of the residents and the urbanisation being completed to a satisfactory standard.

We are also still looking into all the legal aspects of such a move being imposed on the residents especially in the light of all the fraudulent activity that has taken place in the building of the Urbanisation and also in relation to the properties and how they were sold through various agencies and authorities who did not attempt to bring this information to the attention of buyers.

We shall also be balloting our membership in the near future as to what they propose we do to address this situation.

I've read some of reports from meetings etc, although somewhat alarming, it's also good that issues seem to have surfaced and heading in the right direction?  Not yet owning a Camposol property, I'm very much absorbing all factual info and opinions. Personally,  I'm happy it's now on the table.  Would be very interested on the views of people like our learned Camposol friend Roland, putting it in layman's terms, as most forum users appear to listen to him.

Well...

Every year or so these issues reach boiling point and then go back on a simmer.

Moving forward slightly every time boiling point is reached.

The slightly forward bit most recently has been the appointment of a local councillor who seems to be having some affect for the residents of A / B /C& D.

All I can day is that if you are thinking of buying on Camposol get on a plane and visit the area for a week or so.

Aye, thanks for simplifying Roland, we do generally absorb your inputs I think.  My travelling plans have been on hold for a year due to recovery from surgery, however light at end of the tunnel now.  You may recall advising of local camp sites for our caravan while villa hunting. Very soon now.

Re- Camposol Residents Association.

We have a holiday home on Camposol and we have seen notices in Consum re the above. Can you advise on how this is joined, or is it as stated a residents association only.

Roland, what sort of effect has this on the residents on the Sectors? Which Sector is least affected.
