I noticed the area I am moving to doesn't have street lighting working but the streetlights are there.

Whats happening with this, is there any prospect of them coming on?

I wouldnt hold my breath, where we are, we have one light on a roundabout that comes on and off intermittently. From what i can gather the town hall seems to be punnishing certain parts of the estate (sectors c+d) for the corruption and lack of building licences between the builder and the ex mayor. Im sure there will be a major discussion following this post mainly from the minority of unfortunate people that bought their properties "off plan" many years ago and are cluching at straws to find the positives in the area! That said, there is a great community spirit in camposol that is second to none.I have spent a lot of time on the country club down the road that is an actual finnished urbanisation (given the lack of shops and bars) and never felt as much community spirit as I do here on camposol.

We are on B5 and had no street lights for 2 years now and don't think we ever will.

There are many areas on Camposol without street lights. I was under the impression that now the new local council has agreed to take more notice and responsibility for Camposol that general repairs and care for Camposol would be investigated and you assume prioritised

However, the way that the Spanish work and tend to change their minds my guess is that this is nothing that will happen quickly unless they feel that by improving Campsol in general, along with the hotel to be upgraded and the opening of Corvera that this would bring in more revenue by selling more houses...?
