Two different developers, the traditional villas (which are in the majority) are Masa's and the pink/orange more English in design are Monsora - that is what I am lead to believe.

The Monsora development ...is on the right hand side as you go over the bridge opposite the golf course .

The flood that happened about 5 years ago was in the middle of of a full scale Gota Fria storm.  I was on camposol sector D at the time  and watched a a couple of fiat 500's go bouncing down the road and saw the famous fibre glass swimming pool  go sailing by.

What is not realised is that the water  board had a reservoir upstream which was in danger of being overwhelmed,  so they opened the flood gates, which allowed a surge of water to go blasting down the river, carrying most things before it.  The concrete bridge between B and C stood without damage, but the approach roads did not, and an alternative route had to be established through the tomato farm at the back of D sector.

The reservoir got fixed, the bridge approach roads repaired and the drains got cleaned out.  New plans  have been drawn up for more drainage, but, as usual, everyone is arguing about who is going to pay for it,  rather like a circular firing squad.
