No.
There are communal pools on RE2 & RE3 on sector A.
You have to pay an annual fee to use them.
There are also one or two on other sectors.

You can only use the communal pools if you rent or buy in those areas. On A you pay a yearly fee to use them. Other sectors there is a community fee.
Nearest outside pool you can use for a daily entrance fee is the one on mazarron Country club.
